I have no idea if a score-sensitive move is already essential in this position, but I think Blue has been led into a dead end. 13/8 13/10 might be too overcautious, and omits many percentage points to win the game. For this reason, he needs to get a higher degree of contact. 13/8 4/1 and simply 24/16 are suitable for enhancing contact. I prefer the latter play.
