thanks for the info - that's interesting what you were saying about the fake reviews. I just had a quick scan at the first of the 'most helpful' ones on Amazon UK - posted by an 'Amazon Customer' (no name given)

"...perhaps the best book on the game I have yet to read (and I have read most of them!)"

then later in the same review "I had never thought about having a game plan before..."

hmmmm :-)
