Odds are 8:1 to enter against a two point board. (32 entries and 4 dances among the 36 rolls). Probability is 1 in 9.

So, it is a bit of semantics. To not enter for three consecutive rolls against a two point board: the probability is 1 in 729, the odds against it occurring are 512:1.
