Chris, I received a copy the other day for review, but in light of the revisions Carol Joy will be sending a fresh copy. I don't know if you spotted it, but I noticed I was incorrectly credited near the end of the book. Simon describes Backgammon Bootcamp as written by Walter and me, and then mentions Fish as another of our collaborations. We certainly collaborated on Fish, I wrote the book, and Walter wrote the software I used to create the tables, but I had nothing to do with Backgammon Bootcamp. I'd love to claim credit, as it is an excellent book, but all I ever did was read it.
