This doesn't look like a money double to me. I call this a "1 in 1 out" action double (referring to White's blots, one in the inner board and one in the outer board) and I think Blue generally needs a bit more than this—a three-point board or a race lead or something.

At 3a3a Blue should be quicker to double so I think this might qualify. D/T.
