phil said the player was an average intermediate thats a pr around 10 .he plays 3.56 what is the probability of that maybe 10% .then he makes a play that no top player would make.intermediate players tend to make conservative plays.i think there is strong probability that he cheated,i think people critical of phil are wrong .without phil there would be no p40 board and no exbg transcription that would eventually catch all illegal moves.
