Let's ignore two bad rolls (11 and 22) for blue for now. Using stack and two stragglers formula, I'd estimate blue EPC as 77.5. White has slightly better distribution than a flat position, so the wastage is between 9–10, say 9.5. This gives white EPC to be 79.5.

Now even without two bad rolls for blue, I'd hold the cube here.
