What's the ruling? Are the dice cocked or not?

Of course the die in the 1st example is cocked since it isn't flat.

Of course the die in the 2nd example isn't cocked since it is flat.

How are these even in question?

Seriously, does anyone with an iota of intelligence (you most certainly have plenty) think that the rest of the world would come rushing to adopt our new rules? Mochy is in favor of the new die on checker rule, he'd like to see it adopted in Japan, but it isn't only his decision to make, of course as Japan also has a BG federation.

We in the USA can be guinea pigs to test this for a while. So far it isn't causing any problems and the majority of players who try it for a while, like it.

I predict that as more players get more experience with this rule, the rest of the world will start adopting it.

Ken, you've done many good things for BG, but with all due respect, continuing to beat this drum isn't one of them.
