I vote no.

I sort of agree with Neil. But, I also don't see that it's worth fixing. How much actual time will this save over the course of a typical Open match...a minute maybe? How much bank time does it save the roller...less than a minute? Rich has stated that a lot of these rules are ethical/opinion issues, and that there's arguments for both sides. This makes me wonder why we're choosing against the side that was already in place, and didn't seem to be a problem for decades. Was it just because it was the preference of those that are making the rules?
