We might consider the fact that not guilty is not the same as innocent.

A woman is dead. He lived across the hall, had keys to her apartment, stood to gain financially although the clock was ticking. Her death was made to look like an accident. He's on tape trying to make arrangements to marry off his 13 yr old daughter to a guy in Mexico. His own girlfriend went to authorities claiming he admitted killing his wife.

Not to go all OJ, but if found not guilty, I don't think Rod's gonna find the "real killer" at ABT Tournaments.
