Stick: Something that draws the strongest players in the world which in turns draws more of your average, every day player.

I keep hearing this point. It doesn't ring true for me -- it goes the other way, in fact. I'm an average, every day player, and every Giant that shows up make it more difficult for me to win the tournament. My ideal field is a 200 player Championship Division where every player wants to roll for which direction to bear off.
