All this is fine (and I agree with the value), but that is unlikely how it will be interpreted, IMO.

If Ty's accept baffle boxes, then having a personal policy of ALWAYS playing with one would help. I do that when clocks are optional -- every one of my matches is played on a clock. I like it that way, anyway, but it also helps allay concerns that I'm selecting players to take advantage of -- i.e. I only play on the clock with someone who I feel is uncomfortable/intimidated/etc. doing so.
