10/4* 17/14 is my choice because it seems to give the most rolls to cover the 4 spot if not hit. Rolling in the prime is my primary objective. With 12/9, I cannot cover the 4 with 62. Also, 64 plays better after 17/14. These two rolls convince me that 17/14 is better. Also, I have more opportunity to hit White if she throws the 64 joker.
