This isn't a very good number to step up in opp's board, and it's only a 4 1/2 point prime, which is still hopable later.

13/10 duplicates fives. If opp hits there are reasonable returns, and the anchor is gone. If White covers (its 8-point) then its midpoint is gone and our midpoint can now be used to cover/build.

I think the pure play is the way to go here.
