Elo difference mapping to Snowie ER

In a previous posting Stick says:

Eli is a decent player. He travels and plays a lot, usually is Falafel's doubles partner. MCG should have a decent idea of how Eli plays and on average I would guess MCG is at least a 50 elo favorite but it's possible that could go up to 100.

How much is 100 Elo difference in terms of Snowie ER?

My guess is this: If player A plays an Snowie ER of 5.0 on average in 13pt matches, then play B, who is right 100 elo weaker plays a Snowie ER of 7.5 in 13pt matches.

Any opinions?
