While I agree with Stick, the conventional way to answer that question seems to be: Multiply the PR difference with 33 to get an Elo difference. Plug that Elo difference into the FIBS formula or XG Elo calculator.

For 6 vs. 11 I get an Elo difference of 165, so the better player should be a 66% favorite in a 13-point match.
