Ruling: Two-fer (Part 2)

At the beginning of the tournament (BTW, a new venue and format... only 3rd event played there thus far), TD announces "the first three rounds are 5-point matches, and the remaining rounds are 7-point matches". Fast-forward to Round 4. TD is walking the room and discovers, in the Crawford game, one that is being played to only 5 points. Player A insists that the TD advised him at the beginning of the match that it should be played to 5-points... the TD does not recall Player A's statement. Player B insists he did not hear the pre-tournament announcement. (You can guess the score of the match). Assuming US Tournament Rules are in effect, to how many points do you rule the match to be played to?
