Queasiness is a gradual phenomenon, but if we approximate it with a hard cutoff—meaning that both players have a certain ceiling beyond which they simply will not go but that below that ceiling they have no hesitation—then the math is the same as the math of table stakes. As indicated in this thread, table stakes can be treated using a specially constructed MET.
