I do not care how beautiful their suspicions are

If they bring their suspicion public and they do not prove them IMMEDIATELY they have to go, not the player. I do not care if 99% of players vote against the player, for the FED. If the fed is unable to prove it's point it has to go. Otherwise it smells of repression. The fed has all the power and the player has only himself. We should not be a world of fingers (votes), but a world of minds.
I do not like Bulgarian chess fed's stand against a successful Bulgarian player BEFORE IT PROVES ITS STAND. Players should not be declared guilty before proven so. Sanctions against PROVEN guilty players should be increased.
