Ok. But if you wanted 2 day tournaments to go to the Swiss and have only 6-7 rounds instead of 10 then you'd be guaranteed only 3 matches, which is what there are now (main, conso and last chance). So, at short tournaments, which most of them are, you are already guaranteed the number of tournaments that you would be with a shorter Swiss format tournament. So… given what you said there really isn't a reason to change short tournament formats on your account nor for you to not attend.

That wass point. You're mixing apples and oranges to some degree.

As far as my personal preference…. I couldn't care less. I suppose that this Swiss or a double elimination is to my favor. But in NC going 0-4 and knowing I had 0% chance kinda bummed me out for the next 2 days - no conso and no last chance. Usually it's not until after last chance that we all can be officially bummed :-).
