Average Box PR and Average Team PR (removing the outliers). Any event that puts a player from Chou A into Chou B for the sake of a Chou vs Chou event will end up with all players in Chou B ganging up on the player, and vice versa.

I dont think theres any real way to make it a fun event though (outside of the natural fun a Chouette generates).
