Make 5pt or 7pt with 31?

Making the bar isolates the 21pt increasing its potential liability somewhat. I'd make the 5pt and keep the channels of communications flexible.

Note: the 9pt stretches the communication of an anchor on the 21pt to the limit. 13 pips is too much of a stretch to give up the 10 in this case. That will be $25 thank you!
