You would need a revised match probability table (match equity table). Once you had one, you would use the same approach to calculate take points etc.

Yes it would be interesting. But, the time to play a match would be open ended. That would be an issue on an ABT weekend.

You could play with or without a version of the Crawford rule. If you didn't use the Crawford rule, that would help reduce the time required to play.
