If you clear were going to make a wrong play and a spectator alerted you, even if you could legally change your mind, if you do so, I continue to say, you are a cheater.

I disagree. The best thing to do is simply ignore what the kibitzer yelled and make the move you want. Sure it's possible he drew your attention to a move you might not otherwise have considered -- we'll never know -- but you are still free to make the move you want.

Let's not forget who the real culprit is. If someone is to be punished, it should be the kibitzer.
