Legal Moves - - What is the bottom line?

After seeing a "gazillion" posts here on the pros and cons of using legal moves in tournaments, I honestly have no clue where we stand as far as adopting legal moves.

To help us all with finding out:

1. I would ask all tournament directors (ABT directors, local club directors, etc.) to please reply to this post and tell us whether you use legal moves?

2. I would also ask that the USBGF chime in on their position as far as using legal moves.

Thanks to all who took the time to read this and who plan to reply.
