I may be wrong but I don't think Keene is asking for what the relative strengths of the bots are but how one can compare the actual error rates/performance rating from the different bots. So a Snowie error rate of 8 is what in XG. An Error rate of -11 is what in XG?

GNUBG has an equivalent snowie error rate output that uses Snowies computation. It doesn't take into account though the difference in relative strength between the two bots.
