This is called the O'Laughlin split by some as it seems Ed is/was fond of it. It makes even more sense with the opp's 8 pt stripped.

Mochy, where were you playing a 25 pt match? I wish we had the opportunity in this country.

Note to directors...lets see some longer matches or a format where we play one opp all day like the long gone World Cup.
