I suggested politically incorrect "money play" with an adjective. "unlimited", so as to distinguish from "limited stakes"(or "limited money") play. The term limited stakes also has tradition. The term "unlimited" was used to distinguish between them. Of course in limited stakes play you obviously have to state the stakes.

XG already uses the term "stakes" (in the context of table stakes) elsewhere in the product.
