And another thing. Their parent company Lester Inc has been around for 30 years. GuruAid has only been in business since 2010 (Their own website says that). As well on the guruaid.com webpage I saw the 95% satisfaction with a * beside. Scrolling down to the bottom in the fine print it says

"* Based on voluntary online customer satisfaction surveys administered by GuruAid at the end of the technical session. Survey sample may not be statistically valid."

I like the last sentence.
