LM: Clocks in a non-clock tournament

If size of event is in issue since 100 or more clocks might be needed, just make those events Clocks Preferred. ie...either player can INSIST that a clock be used, provided that player brings a clock. Note that I mean a proper chess clock and not an I-phone or I-pad app that can be difficult to see and has no plunger to hit.
