LM: Clocks in a non-clock tournament

Nordic is a special case:

The understanding of the organizers is that if clocks are mandatory, they have to provide clocks. And with some 400 players around, thatīs not easy to handle.

At the same time, there is clock preference. So anyone owning a clock can enforce the useage of it for their match.

Furthermore, the TD can impose a clock anytime if he thinks the match is too slow and delays the schedule.

Not sure, but I think that clocks are mandatory in advanced rounds of the event.

So far, it has worked out fine.
