Will post the rollouts tonight.

My actions - I did recube, and opp took (I hit immediately with a 2 from the bar, but I was prepared to banana-split on any missing number.

As for the future 51 to play: bar/24*,12/7 was my play, but I did consider 6/1* for a bit (sometimes its hard to resist the cool looking plays), and retrospectively wondered if I shouldnt have hit the 2nd checker, to prevent an anchor.

The tale of the rest of the game - opponent rolled an immediate 1, anchoring, and causing me no end of problems. I did have to leave a shot during my bearoff, which was hit. Fortunately, I rehit on the way back around (I had plenty of ways and options for those sequences), and comfortably walked it home from there. However, I now have the question - Is it better to play against 3 anchored checkers on the ace than to have 2 checkers closed out? I had plenty of opportunity to close out 2 checkers, and kept choosing to chase the 3rd checker instead.
