Going to Denmark is not in my plans. But even if it were, Bill Phipps, or anyone else on the team, is a better player than both Dimitriy and Dmitriy combined. So, he deserves it more. I will refrain from commenting on abilities of other players you mentioned, but I will say that most (all?) of them are not going to Denmark anyway.

One thing I don't understand is why people think there should be some sort of democracy in choosing World Team? Clearly, Falafel & Co have better understanding how candidates play. Right? So, just leave it up to them. Not to mention that they are themselves put in their money. So, their own choices influence their own equity.
