It would be great if you could gather the axioms and rules you do remember, or can easily find, and place them in a repository on the main page.
It is a pretty safe bet that Stick is too lazy to ever do this.
What is your (non) doubling rule for 3a 7a BTW?
Don't double as the 3a player if the position is at all gammonish. In practice this often means that you shouldn't double unless it's a holding game or a race where your opponent is close to a pass. The rule isn't absolute but your cube errors will typically be pretty small if you follow the rule.
could you clarify what "Stumbling into the fact that a ton of fourth roll positions have a 65/35 win percentage breakdown assuming [66] was the second roll and the other player rolled nothing special on his turns I'm sure was unique and has paid off for me on multiple occasions" implies?
This implies various things, such as that you are slightly shy of a double at a normal match score, but might be close at some other match scores.
an intermediate player (what I will call myself at 6.5-7 error rate on eXtreme)
I think that XG is generous when it calls such a player an "expert" but I think you're also being modest by calling that error rate "intermediate." If you really do average 6.5 to 7 then you are an advanced player who should probably play in the open division.
4-pt: Never heard this rule, but frankly though it fairly obvious.
It might be obvious to you, but I've seen lots of players make the bar point in this sort of situation. Was Donkey Corner #12 obvious to you? But anyway, Christian Munk-Christensen (among other people I'm sure) objects to crediting Stick with this rule.
