I'd probably try 7/4 7/2 here. It is not nice to give up the bar point, but making a good inner points helps. I agree with Dmitriy that 23/15 or any other play with the back checkers is likely wrong, leaving it in a vulnerable place where they could easily be attacked by your opponent, while developing the position. That is especially bad at the score.
