Win by 2.

Suppose there was one new rule in match play backgammon that one needs to win by at least 2. The Crawford game would occur normally the first time but not again.

It would make some matches last longer but if goes a long time at least they would go fast due to both players being likely low on time.

What would 2a 2a strategy be here (both for case of Crawford game already used and for it still to possibly come)?
