Yes and by a large margin. This position isn't very gammonish as Black has only two checkers back and White has that awful gap on the 3 pt with two spares stacked in a bad place on the 2 pt behind that gap. This slows White's bearoff down and also will result in many shots as the majority of rolls don't close the 3 pt and even if White does, he may end up stripped.

Black needs 25% to take AtS and IMO he can win this game clearly more often than that.

I wouldn't cube as I don't think this position is good enough to cube AtS since Black's take is easy.
