You need to look at the number of sequences that make you regret doubling now (for simplicity, that drop you below the DP) and compare that again those that make you rejoice (market losers, moving you over the TP). Then you need to look at how much cubing loses loses on the first, and how much it gains you on the second. Tally it all up, and you are done.
