Thats an interesting perspective - deliberately turning the homeboard to trash in an attempt to muddy white's decision on whether to leave with one checker in the future, and volunteer a shot.

Perhaps by playing it so loosely, it creates sequences where it wins more because of increased opportunity for white to leave with a single checker.

Someone needs to speak to these players, and teach them how to be less devious.
