8th member of PR4.0 club

Hi all,

Today we have 8th member of PR4.0 club.
His name is Kiyokazu Nishikawa (also known as fairytails on GG), a very strong player with lots of winning in JBL's most important titles including 3 times Japanese Champion.
Congratulations Nishikawa !

His average PR after 10 matches (118exp) is 3.45.

I believe all members of PR4.0 have an option to submit their match to BMAB to receive a title (at least Grand Master 3), if he wish to and hi exp exceeds 100.
