Most 'Coveted' Tournament

Thank you, Phil, for the generous comments.
There are many deserving tournaments and many directors working tirelessly to make their tournaments great and to provide wonderful venues and playing opportunities for participants worldwide. This includes Patti Rubin and the World Championship in Monte Carlo, the Nordic Open, the Japan Open, and the many tournaments in Europe directed by Arda Findikoglu, Chiva Tafazzoli, and Marco Fornasir. I'm doubtlessly omitting others who are deserving, but they all work so hard.
We are so fortunate with the Texas Backgammon Championships to have the support of the backgammon community in developing a tournament so well attended and respected in San Antonio.
Tara and I have worked tirelessly to develop such a tournament. In 2015, we will have seven world champions, 17 or 18 of the 32 Giants of Backgammon and numerous other stars of the game. The 2015 Texas Backgammon Championships will be a tournament without parallel.
We also strive to provide, at considerable expense, an immense amount of streaming to allow the global backgammon community the opportunity to view many of these great matches. Such exposure well benefits the backgammon community and has provided our tournament much exposure and respect.
We are most fortunate to be well recognized and are most grateful to be sponsored by Geoffrey Parker Games with some wonderful products for the tournament.
Thank you to everyone for your support. We hope you all enjoy the tournament -- either by your attendance or by your participation through our streaming.
