Opening play problem

Consider 3-player teams and the following situation arises: One teammate has already won their match, and the other 2 matches just happen to be starting the DMP game at the same time, so the opening roll will be shared on both boards.
Quick aside: Instead of playing backgammon, imagine the 2 remaining players are flipping a coin which unfairly comes up heads 60%. If each game had its own coin, the correct "play" is to guess heads on both boards. But when the coin flip is shared, since they only need to win 1 of the 2 games, the correct play is to guess heads on one board and tails on the other.
So, with that in mind... What is the best way to play an opening 2-1? How about 3-1?
