I'm pretty sure in my original choice of stepping up with 23/21. 13/11 doesn't address the needs of the position; we are ahead in the race and simply want to escape the back checkers. We are not afraid to step up since we have a much stronger home board. We don't need the bar point here to win. Besides, 13/11 strips the midpoint.

I don't care how much equity difference there is; stepping up is simply positionally right.
