Win Rate as a function of PR difference

So we have elo as a function of PR and pointed out that it appeared to be essentially a linear function.

Has someone done the figuring to calculate expected win rate as a function of PR difference?

I'm curious just how much a 3PR is favoured over your every day run of the mill 6PR play.
