Win Rate as a function of PR difference - XG Feature

There's a XG Feature under menu Windows -> Elo Calculator that gives You est. winning chances as a function of match length and Elo rating. Stick once wrote that 33 Elo is ca. 1 PR. Not sure what's the origin of this number.

i.e.
5pt. match, 3 PR lead = 56,34% MWC
17pt. match, 3 PR lead = 61,54% MWC
