I have no clue if this is correct or not, but it seems right when you look at all of the possibilities. I'm going to hit for sure...I don't want to stay back on the 1 point and give them an opportunity to make their 4 point. So, the options let with the 1: 9/8 seems too stiff. 8/7 seems too loose and depletes our 8 point. 24/23 seems pointless. 21/20 is what I would probably play if there was no QF, but it doesn't do a whole lot, and we are more likely to get hit loose there. 6/5 starts a point that we want to make and we are in no real danger right now with our opponent only owning one point in their home board. We make our 5 point with any 1, 3, 4, and 8. plus we can make the 3 point with 5-2. So, 31 rolls make the 5 or 3 point if we don't get hit.
