I also got 6 out of 10, and missed the same ones you did:

1. I played 8/2* 6/2. Looking back at it, I can't fathom how I didn't recognize the importance of making an anchor.

2. I also played 24/20 (with 13/10). I remember thinking that if Black makes his 5pt it doesn't make much difference if I was on it or not. I see now that I should have just addressed that problem head on with a tempo hit.

6. For me, this one was simply about which anchor I want to play from. I've got a racing lead after this move, so playing from the 18pt made the most sense.

9. Same reasoning as you. Gauging timing is very difficult. I need to spend some time playing these types of positions out to get a better feel for what can happen.
