I did no intend to hijack bill. I don't think a mixed skill study group is as beneficial as 3 or 4 relatively equally skilled players meeting once every couple of weeks and presenting / developing a topic area.

I wouldn't expect a high level of response but then again it only take a small number to build something. It is more fun if that number isn't 1.
