I don't understand the concept behind 13/7. Please some expert elaborate. If I count on anchoring on 4 or 5 as my most urgent immediate goal, then leaving both blots there is fine. Additional blots would be more distracting ( not to mention costly). Hence- 8/2. If another option is chosen- b/20, 21/15 one triplicates the 3, then prays. Now,if creating another blot on 7 in order to increase confusion, lull the opponent to hit, leaving the 5 anchor, then expect a doublet joker and turning the tables? I'm holding my breath..... If there's no reasonably justified explanation, there's no chance to keep the lesson and look along this avenue in similar cases.
