dice distribution issue?

But why isn't the average shown in dice distribution (0.408, 0.388) the same as the equity shown in the rollout (0.425, 0.379).

Why should it be? In the dialog boxes of the dice distribution feature the user can choose between different evaluation options, and rollouts are not among them. Rollout-based dice distribution is a feature that I, too, miss sometimes. It may not be very easy to implement it though, and many rollout trials would be needed to provide accurate dice distribution information.
